About Tejas Completion Solutions
History
Tejas Completion Solutions (Tejas), based in The Woodlands, Texas, started in September 2000 when key members of Schlumberger's Camco completions engineering team created an innovative completions company, Tejas Research & Engineering (TR&E), to develop API-14A subsurface safety valves (SCSSV). The company has evolved from a being a provider of engineering services to become a horizontally integrated completion solutions company with design engineering, testing services, manufacturing facilities and field service centers.

| March 2004 | TR&E completed the fast-track development of a complete Surface Controlled Subsurface Safety Valve (SCSSV) product line for Weatherford. |
| May 2005 | TR&E invents “InjectSafe,” the world's first SCSSV with bypass string that enhances production of water loaded gas wells. |
| June 2005 | The company moved into its current headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. |
| February 2006 | TR&E receives API-Q1, API-14A, API-14L, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certifications |
| June 2006 | TR&E sells “InjectSafe” technology to Dynacoil. |
| May 2007 | The “InjectSafe” product design won the Special Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). |
| October 2007 | Built new manufacturing facility for the Tejas MERLA products. |
| July 2008 | Intervale Capital acquired a capital interest in TR&E to support its growth plan. Intervale, currently manages $280 million of investments in ten companies with operations in oil and natural gas. |
| November 2008 | TR&E awarded the API-6A Certificate. |
| June 2009 | Tejas Research and Engineering acquired the assets of Tulsa-based Team Oil Tools, a highly respected independent manufacturer of packers and down-hole completion tools founded in 1997. The combined businesses are rebranded as Tejas Completion Solutions with Team Oil Tools operating as a division. |
| September 2009 | Tejas acquires seven field service operations previously affiliated with Team Oil Tools. The service operations were acquired from Team Downhole Services LLC, Team Downhole Services - West LLC, Completions Tools and Services LLC, and Team Packer Services LLC. Combined, these field operations allow Tejas to service the Northeast, Mid-Continent, Louisiana, Rockies, Northeast Texas, Michigan, and Appalachian markets. The field service centers operate as a division of Tejas as Team Completion Services.
Tejas opens new world class HPHT testing cells for downhole completion tools. The facility located at The Woodlands Technology Center is able to test completion equipment in two test wells at pressures of 60,000 psi at 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. The engineering and testing division operates as Tejas Research and Engineering. Tejas acquired the Inflow Control Device and ICD/reservoir modeling business of Ziebel Tulsa LLC, a subsidiary of Norwegian oilfield service firm Ziebel AS. |
| January 2010 | Tejas manufactures its first Screens and ICD's at its new plant in Houston, Texas.
Tejas establishes its first international presence in Latin America. |
| February 2010 | Tejas completes the development of a complete SCSSV product line for BJ Services.
Tejas successfully completes API audit of all current certifications and added API 11D1 to its family of quality standards. |

Tejas Completion Solutions is a provider of technology-based well completion solutions with four operating divisions. Our efforts are directed to our core competencies in completion equipment. Our focus is to satisfy our clients through fit-for-purpose application of existing tool technologies and developing new products faster in our Technology Centers by leveraging using our Manufacturing Plants to ultimately deliver superior service through our Service Centers.

It has been developed to better satisfy the needs of our customers and to consistently improve the quality of our products and services.
